Installed new (reman) alternator. Batt light started coming on intermittently during past week. Battery only one year old and volts stuck at 12.5 even with Jeep at 2K RPM. Swapped in new alt and now just over 14 volts off idle and no charging light. Looked like original alt so no complaints.

Just rolled past 208K this weekend on my 02 Limited. I have had to replace: Water pump Radiator (2x) Belt tensioner And of course tires, rotors, pads, shocks, battery, etc... Good luck.

Rotated tires First rotation at 5K miles of the Kumho KL61's using floor jack and four jackstands. I am very satisfied so far with ride, low noise and wet weather grip. Also checked all fluids under the hood.
