Checking for play in the CV's is easy, checking for a warped rotor is much harder. Unless the rotor is really really warped that is.

I'm thinking it's the cv's going. But you can also check the rotors.

If you're constantly respraying them, I'd look to see how worn out they are. They should be good for a while after being lubed up.

I'd take it back to the dealer, most dealers will "warranty" any work they do and make it right. Most dealers around me will if they goof up so that they will get repeat business.

The largest issue I see, is when you are stuck on a rock and you start dragging the rail across it, you are going to get hung up on the support that runs back to the frame... there's no angle piece to let the rock ride over the support. Never mind I just looked at the pic again and the rail...

That is an O2 sensor. I'm going to say you've got a lot going on wrong in your rig. That looks like oil... If oil is leaking past the valve seats and rings you're looking at big $ to get that fixed. The cat may be toast also.

Sounds like the transfer case posistion sensor is out on it. it's a 60 or 70 dollar part, in the how-to there are instructions on how to swap it out.

If you loosen but don't remove the drain plug oil will leak past the threads and you can control the flow that way.

The forward rake is normal.
