Guys thanks for the responses so far... Marlon, The rail has been checked for leaks, and does not appear to be leaking, and the injector pump was tested and calibrated by a Bosch diesel specialist... and considering it is a Bosch pump and they are Bosch injectors, it should be properly...- Craig-SA

Hi guys, I have a 2002 model 2.5 CRD Manual Transmission... In Nov 2007, I had a burst water pipe on a mountain pass where I had no place to pull over for a couple of hundred meters, and ended up with a blown head... Noise when stopping
05 CRD, I had a similar problem with my 2002 model... or it sounds similar anyway... The problem turned out to be the chain tensioner at the back of the transfer case... What happened in my case was the chain now having some slack would knock against the inside of the transfer case... Until it...- Craig-SA
