KJ-7, I used rust-oleum satin black, i didn't do a clear coat cause i didn't want it to shine. although that might mean i have more touch ups in the future. and followed this How to pretty close http://offroad-review.com/new/index.php?page=238 SPRAY PAINT YOUR RIMS

I like my alloy's black better than the steelies............. have you had to do much repainting??? prolly gonna have to do a touch up after a run down the creek tonight. assuming you did spraypaint? or did you powdercoat.??

I'm looking to do this but don't have a heat gun? does anyplace rent them, O'reilly or Advance.?
