What oil filter do you use?
there are plenty of Jeep oil filter to choose from. I've heard lots of good feedbacks about K&N. my dad has it on his car, has no complain with it.- jeepowner

best wheels and tires?
$2000 is big bucks for me, and a little less than that would be a fair enough deal. Well if you have a friend who's a dealer (like mine) then wheels and rims including some cool custumizations would not be that much costly for you. \:D/- jeepowner

there are lots of nice Jeep wheels that you can find. It really depends on how much is your budget for a new one. also just go to a reliable dealer that won't charge you with lots of bucks.- jeepowner
