This is the combination of water and oil that has emulsified. then condensed on the filler cap. Emulsification of oil and water cannot be prevented, and additives and synthetics will just make your wallet thinner. Wipe it off with a shop rag at every oil change...... Nothing to worry about...

Mine is a Renagade with Hella lamps on the Bumper they appear to be glass and one of them has been hit twice by rocks. Does anyone know were to buy a replacement lens? The Stealer said the whole light had to be replaced.... I doubt that.
