KJ I am not mechanically inclined. I have a 2002 but I couldn't find details for fluid changes unless I am looking in the wrong place. Is that in your service manual?- liberator

'06 Rubicon wheels
moabs BS is 5" 16 x 8" I believe anyways yes they will fit... just make sure that they are not the '07 as they are a diff bolt pattern all together. Do a search here and you will see lots of ppl w/ them and they look awesome IMO.- liberator

As I said, everybody has an opinion and preferences... CS reviews them on the same vehicle doing the same course: dry, wet, braking, emergency handling, objectively... I don't have the time nor $$ to test them so I rely upon them for good intel.... all the car mags and others take ads so the...- liberator

I have researched the ideal 'all condition tire' and have the Tripletred and HL versions of the GY Forteras and love them particularly in wet. Got em based upon Cons Reports 2005 review of All Season passenger tires... rated No 1 for the tripletred passenger tires so I got the SUV Fortera...- liberator

what rack You need another rack to attach to that JCW Rack?$#%$#@#$% ](*,) The price is not bad as I just ordered the Surco one everybody has... The Thule rack is nice but u still need to buy cross bars for another $160 or $320-430 and locks where u r Socks.- liberator

My new tires rub when turning
rub How bad is the rubbing? Do you notice slight rubbing only or is the scraping very loud and unsettling? I rub at full lock w/ Rubicon 16 x 8" wheels particularly in reverse and think mine are 29.5" too but if you examine the contact point, it is not bad ie. minor rub on the plastic.- liberator

Bennett, may I ask that you post pics of your roof rack mount please as I want the same as yours but did Surco change their rail mounts? The 1101 looks less robust than what yours appears to be. Is this the same as yours or did you mod yours with a wider contact...- liberator

Mopar Tail Lamp Guards
3M Tape? I see that some of the newer model KJ's (I think 06+) have a more secure epoxy and more robust tail light guard that is rock solid that does not use the same crappy foam tape I have but some kinda glue. Maybe because these are from the factory installed vs after delivery add on...- liberator
