    #9 Fuse in power distribution box under hood by battery goes to radio and some other circuits. I think its 50 amp. At least one person blew it when he was installing after market audio. The direct connection idea mentioned could at least tell you if radio was dead or not.

    Fan hub delete options

    The clutch fan on the water pump on KJs was part of the heavy duty tow package. Electric fan was standard. Stock electric works fine unless towing a heavy load. Flat towed a 48 CJ2A 850 miles at 55-60 with O7 KJ with no issues. Some folks run the clutch fan only and works OK for them. Your choice.

    The Pioneer was a pickup with a separate cab and and a removable bed behind the fully enclosed front body. Hardly practical for most KJ owners to make this kind of drastic modification.

    Removing Front Bumper Air Dam - Dope or Nope? (2005 KJ)

    Only thing I would comment is that you might lose a fraction of a MPG in fuel usage by removing the air dam. And it is said by some that your engine cooling may be slightly less efficient. But it's you Jeep so do what you want to it.

    Don't want to be discouraging, but I seemed to recall seeing voltage regulation being controlled by ecm (engine control module) in other posts. According to a google search, this is true for 2010 KJ?
