First Car Help!
Just did a trans service yesterday. It had a mopar spin on filter still in the RFE45, but the pan filter had been changed before. I used Carquest premium filters and Castrol ATF +4. No gunk in the pan and the fluid was barely dirty so it was probably changed not long ago. I just want to be sure...- pastorjeep

First Car Help!
Quick update. After getting the rocker reinstalled I told her we were going to reassemble the engine before we pull the head and see how it does. Well after a 2 hour trip it seems to be fine. Other than a rattle in the AC compressor everything is working great...- pastorjeep

First Car Help!
Thanks for the reply. We got it most of the way torn down today. They exhaust rocker arm was off on #6 cylinder. Not hard to figure out from there. Every time the cylinder would fire and nowhere for the exhaust to escape. What I haven't figured out yet is how the crankcase filled with coolant...- pastorjeep

First Car Help!
I just bought this 02' Liberty for my 16yo daughter. It was obvious that it had a blown head gasket and the owner just wanted it gone. It has 180k miles and is super clean inside and out. I have a folder full of maintenance records that came with it. It seems the right head gasket was replaced...- pastorjeep
