Any luck? I have an 03 liberted limited and replaced blend door actuator but once it goes full hot, it won't go to cool unless I shut off the engine and start it up again.- kj705

Roof Rack mod
Mine is an 03 limited and all the roof rails I saw on the junkyard website are the same as mine, or at least looked the same. I was wondering if I could use big p clamps but the largest ones I can find are 2". I'm thinking I could try p clamps, conduit hanger, or could try to manufacture a... -

Roof Rack mod
I bought this roof rack off marketplace for $25 but this metal bracket doesn't wrap all the way around the existing lifted rails even when fully tightened by allen wrench. Any ideas how to secure it? Thanks! -

I removed the battery terminals and zip-tied them together, turned the headlights on to drain anything left waited 10 minutes and voila everything reset and fixed itself haha shout out to scotty kilmer -

Help!! So confused...plugged cluster, airbags, window switches and even radio in to see if that helped and now my cluster is lit up like a Christmas tree (no key light, airbag light, oil light, and check engine light) the radio screen doesn't work (no time...just cycles thru the cd changer)... -

I did try to calibrate it, still nothing. Still confused how swapping out the blend actuator made the fan speed turn the rear wiper on. I also don't have power getting to the connector that goes to the blend door actuator...not sure where to go from here -

Thanks! I'll take a look at that. I noticed when I hooked up the new blend door actuator and turned the switch- the gear didn't turn. Guess I have to track that down too! -

I offer my naivete only to break the radio silence. Maybe my vast ignorance will inspire others to actually help. I took the dash out, got to the actuator and found this. Installed a new actuator and plugged in controls to test and the hvac fan speed turns on the rear wiper…what’s going on? -

Hey all, my 03 KJ V6 4X4 has 145k miles on it and the previous owner always took it to a mechanic who maintained it at the proper intervals. The water pump, ball joints and a/c went bad on the previous owner. Interested to hear how reliable and other people's experiences with more miles on it.- kj705

Ball Joints/ Control Arms
thanks everyone for the help! finished the drivers side upper control arm and lower ball joint, finished the rear tri-link. All that's left is to get the stripped lug nut off the passenger side to finish the ball joint on that side. -

got the upper control arm bolts finger tight and put the steering knuckle back on. do you guys know if it's a good idea to add chassis grease to the spindle that the steering knuckle goes into? -
