    I'll scoop up a new gas cap and install it, maybe that will solve my issues. I also need to scoop up a reader as well, unfortunately only my wife drives it, so I'll have to teach her how to pull the codes.

    Unfortunately the only stored code was for a loose gas cap. This has been going on for a few months now, so I don't think that could be the reason behind it. Could it?! Maybe it needs a new cap?

    Good evening guys, I am pretty well versed in fixing cars, but i figured i would post this up on here before i chase this gremlin around. My wifes 2008 Liberty is having an intermittent starting problem. After sitting for a while (over 2 hours), it will crank no problem...but will not fire...
