Yeah I couldn't find anything kj specific either. I'll look into adjusting the gap and give it a proper clean. When I hit it (just a light tap really) it grabs instantly and runs fine till I shut it off again. If I dig into it I'll TOFTT and try to make a writeup. Sent from my SM-G920W8 using...

Has anybody here ever replaced the Clutch on their ac compressor? Mine won't engage unless I hit it with something. The whole front assembly looks a little rusty. I tried dousing it with rust penetrator/preventer. Still need to whack it before it will engage.

Tried to go and and check it in between working on the steering. Its always working when I dont want it to be. Gave me a chance to see what wires do what so I can compare when it finally does fail for me

Replaced the power steering rack and pump this weekend. Never again....

My heated seats have been acting up recently. When its not working neither of them work, switches dont light up. If the switches are lit they work. They can work for days and randomly shut down mid drive. And then come back randomly too. The switches are fine, since it all or nothing. any idea...

Mine had a really bad howl when i bought it. Turned out the rear dif had waaay too much backlash. Its been rebuilt and the noise is gone. I know you said the ring and pinion looked fine but mine did too visually. Did you check the backlash?
