I would buy an all aluminum radiator and call it a day. My jeeps runs 195 all day everyday.

Why are we still here? The legacy of the Jeep Liberty

My liberty was my first ever vehicle, learned much of what know about vehicles from it. I owe my current career to my jeep, ever though it's not my daily driver it is now the fun toy. The first time I sat in the driver's seat, I knew the jeep was perfect for me. It has a good tow capacity, nice...

2004 Jeep Liberty (current: Engine Swap)

You just need to find a good shop to inspect the jeep. Just put the cheapest converters you can find and bolt them on. Most shops in New York won't check the converters.

2004 Jeep Liberty (current: Engine Swap)

    MBRP Exhaust Opinions?

I have an MBRP exhaust in the box still. Won't ever use it, it just doesn't promote good exhaust flow. I just run a cheap flowmaster for now.

    04 Liberty cooling

I had a petcock blow out of my radiator and i fixed it by replacing the radiator. All it takes is someone to cross thread the petcock then it will never go back in properly. I currently run a all aluminum radiator with a metal petcock now.

2004 Liberty Oil light came on before stalling...

It sounds like the oil pressure regulator may have gotten a piece or junk in it and then you lost oil pressure. I would change the oil and also check the oil pressure with a gauge.

Make sure that you are ready to replace the front cv axles and also I joints due to the angles changing with the lift. You should also plan on replacing your front upper control arms once the current ones wear out.
