Looking for a hypertech programmer for an 04 KJ 3.7 V6.

Did the HD cooling setup. Had the HD electric fan/shroud already, so I put on the fan clutch and nylon fan blade this afternoon. Started it up and wow, what a difference! I could feel it pushing air over the motor! Hopefully this will be a huge benefit while towing.

Still considering this route, but assuming I didn't go this route, my next option would be something extra in the rear end. Powertrax No-Slip or Detroit Tru-Trac, and why? Pros/Cons? Similarities/Differences?

What is the general consensus on the powertrax no-slip? I've heard it functions like a locker but drives like a LSD. How are its road manners? Does it handle throttle through the corners well or will it just eat up the tires?

Hey genius, read my posts. I'm looking at ADDING a LSD to my KJ, which currently has 91,000 miles. Meaning that if I added the Trac-Lok now the Trac-Lok would be worn out at 166,000-191,000 miles on the KJ.

Hoosier, I've got 91,300 on the KJ now, so the LSD will be wearing out the same time the KJ will. Any other suggestions that fit a tigh budget?

I understand that it's a LSD and not a locker, I was just curious if that was the only reason for the dislike or if there were function or integrity issues with it. I'm considering putting one in my 2WD KJ just for a little added peace of mind. Don't really want the poor road manners of a locker...
