Could be a loose or more likely split/cracked on the bottom (take off to look) turbo>intercooler>engine hose(s). If the latter replace with 2n gen OEM or Samco. But if the electric noise is not a fan and persists for like 10-15 seconds after shut down it's more likely the Flow Control Valve...
