    P1491 CEL Code and I am starting to get bruises from facepalming.

    As the title says, I got a p1491 CEL code. The fan never turns on regardless of temperature, AC being on, etc. The temperature gauge has gone over the normal midway mark and the AC is no longer cold, but isn't as hot if I'm driving fast. What I have done to no avail: replaced the relay...
