245/75-16/2.5" lift/pinch weld rubbing question?
I have a Frankenlift II Premium with OME HD's all around, and an extra set of isolators in the rear. I'm running 245/75R16 C Silent Armors on Wrangler Rubicon rims. I had to trim the plastic under the fog lamp doors up front, and get a tiny amount of rubbing on the plastic covering the pinch...- KYLiberty

Check Engine Light - Transmission code
Mine has never set off the CEL, but when it's really cold here in the morning my transmission has a little difficulty until it warms up. It only affects me when I back out of the driveway and then shift to drive. I just have to wait a second or two before I start to move and it is usually fine...- KYLiberty

02 Liberty Tire Upgrade?
My '02 came with 235/70R16 SRA's, so that size in the Destination AT will fit. The 245/70R16 Destinations should also be fine on an '02. I ran that size in Cross Terrains, and I ran Destination AT's in 245/65R17 with no problems on my '02 before the lift. I liked that setup. They're a very good...- KYLiberty

Please Help! 2002 KJ interior bulb question...
Mine has actually never worked since I bought the KJ. It was a long time before I realized anything was wrong. Almost all my driving is during the day. Most of my little bit of night driving is within the lit city. So I didn't ever have any problems seeing it. I need to get around to fixing it...- KYLiberty

I don't tend to wear the lettering off of anything. The lettering on the keys of the 2 year old keyboard I'm typing on right now all look brand new. Even the keys used for gaming. Tires... always a compromise
That's the stance I want. They really look good with those Moabs. I really am going to have to go with the 265/75R16's. I think it's going to take a lot of trimming up front though.- KYLiberty

Tires... always a compromise
Here's my experience with a KJ that sees rain, snow, ice, occasional very light offroading at the farm, and ski trips. Mine came with 235/70R16 SRA's (terrible) that I replaced with 245/70R16 Cross Terrains that had a very nice ride on the road and surprisingly good traction in rain, snow...- KYLiberty

I'm not really into drilling the holes either. I'm thinking about just taking it over to a place that does sunroofs and having them do that part of the install for me, or the whole thing. I've had it sitting around for a year.- KYLiberty

They took it off to Line-X it. They had to take it off to do the bumper anyway. The hood is from Profinish-Proglass. Terry sold the mold to Suncoast a while back, but I think it's available through them.- KYLiberty

3.7 Engine Heads
Mine have been milled. It wasn't done by me though, so I can't tell you what you're in for other than results. It definitely runs stronger with heads that were rebuilt at a speed shop. It looks like you are on your way to a stronger running KJ. You might want to talk to someone like FastMan...- KYLiberty

I have an AEM Brute Force with the dry filter. IMHO, it's the best out of what I've tried so far which inclues the K&N drop in and K&N CAI. Mine also dumps the air from the hood scoop right on top of it. Here's the intake Scoop from the front From the corner- KYLiberty
