Welcome to the club. I'm running the 2.5" Teraflex with 35's on my JK too.:happy160: I've got 35X12.50R17 Nitto Trail Grapplers on mine, with the air pressure set to 32 psi, and the ride is actually very good for big MT's. Had to switch it over to 5.13 gears though. It was a pig with the... -

Yes. I kept it. Too much invested in it to ever even get the price of the mods by selling it. The KJ also needs a little bit of work. I put a new transmission in it for Christmas, but the silver Line-X changed colors and needs to be redone, evap leak needs fixing, I broke a piece on the seat... -

How to upgrade exterior plastics/maybe Rhinolining?
That looks about right for Line-X with the UV protection. It's not cheap to do, but the black Line-X with UV really holds up well for a very long time. Try to check out some of the work done by the shop before you give them your Jeep. Some shops are much better than others.- KYLiberty

I've got tons of Line-X on mine. The black Line-x Xtra with the UV protection looks brand new after 5 years. The color matched....well, I'm going to take it back to them to be redone in black. I highly recommend the top of the line black. It's amazing. I would avoid the more costly color matched...- KYLiberty

Tail Light Harness
The tail light harness on my 02 Liberty on the driver's side has corroded rather badly and the tail light has now stopped working. Does anybody have a part number for the harness and know where to pick up a replacement as soon as possible? Thanks- KYLiberty

Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armor
We're getting our first snow since I replaced the 4 year old 245/75R16 SA's with 265/70R16 SA's last month. I had almost forgotten how well these things grip the first couple years. Don't get me wrong, they still did quite well at 4 years, but they're amazing again now.- KYLiberty

How can I fit 265/70R16 on Stock Rims?
I'm running 265/70R16's on Wrangler Rubicon rims. Granted, my rims are 1" wider and 1/2" less backspacing, but I am running a Frankenlift II Premium with an extra set of isos in the rear, the pinch welds are flattened, and I've done some trimming by the fog lamp doors. The tire shop was supposed to have 5 of the Duratracs, but only had 3, so I ended up going with another set of SA's. I went with 265/70R16's this time. I need to do just a little more trimming behind the fog lamps now. I really like the stance with them on the Rubicon rims though.- KYLiberty

For the price of reliably doubling your KJ's output, why don't you just buy a used GC SRT? It would probably be a similar price.
