Mopar 4.10 Part#'s?
How is this job compared to the frankenlift? That took me about 21hours and was very frustrating. Only the drivers side was the issue, spent so much time on that 8am - 10:30pm! Nothing was coming apart and had to cut some things off. Next day we did passenger and rear in 6 hours, we knew more...- 604KJ

So i will need to take the entire axle not just the diff? Apologies if my questions are a bit weird, I don't know anything about this. What have you guys paid for this at the junkyard? Want to know what i should be haggling for. I don't have the tools to re-gear, but maybe i can do this swap...- 604KJ

Ok. Obviously the 4 cylinder needs to be 4x4 also, correct? As far as installation goes, what is more difficult to do, installing new gears or swapping the diffs? Sent from my XT885 using Tapatalk- 604KJ

Hello, Can anyone tell me the mopar part#'s needed in order to re-gear an 04 3.7L from 3.73 to 4.10? Front & Rear Diffs... I am looking at different costs, Aftermarket vs Cost at Mopar vs Junkyard; ideally i would like to find the front diff from a 4 cylinder in the junk yard and buy the mopar...- 604KJ

I haven't noticed if it changes from hitting a bump, happens so quickly since I'm doing over 50k to make this feel come out. I will check this on my drive home tonight. It does stop when i left of the gas though. So let say ill floor it (i dont even have to floor it) but get it going fast above...- 604KJ

Hmmm, more of a vibration than a noise. If i gun it i can feel it, driving around normally you don't notice it. I get a clunking noise when turning and over bumps but i know that's the sway bar links. The vibration only becomes really noticeable at higher speeds or when I'm making the jeep...- 604KJ

Im getting that grinding feel again. I noticed it more this afternoon while driving uphill doing about 70k. It been there since i lifted, and only on the front driver side. More so the faster you go it seems. Any ideas?- 604KJ

So a couple days later now and the noises are going away slowly, things have come together nicely. So tires, wait as long as i can. What you thinking? I was wanting to get them right away but you make a very good point. What about getting tires by the end of March, is that long enough to wait?- 604KJ

ok, heres the Drivers & Passenger side, they both look identical. That previous pic wasnt a good angle, when i took it from below it looks like theres a real big gap, straight on it looks like this; That noise is a bit louder this morning, i guess i just need to keep playing with the swaybar...- 604KJ

havnt got a chance to take some more pics yet, but when we first put these on we pushed that clevis right up to the top of that shock, and then there was the yellow hanging out the bottom of the clevis. This looks like it has come apart since. These must be the new shocks, I bought my kit right...- 604KJ

Just finished, I loosened the bolts up, then torqued the bottom then the top. The noise is gone!!!! I mean, its still there a teeny bit but ill be taking the wheels of on saturday and making sure everything is tight, and ill go over the sway bar links again, but i took it out right after and it...- 604KJ

i know for sure there was 2 of the pockets that i cut to the bottom so they were flush. I think that was the side closest to the bumper. but that's what JBA said to do so i followed instructions... I cant wait , 20 min im off work and can find out if that swaybar deal will fix my problem. Will...- 604KJ
