I've got the Husky and am very happy with it. It doesnt have the tie down doors, but then again I;ve never needed them before so not sure how usefull they really are. The Husky I believe has deeper sides than the mopar unit.
mine doesnt have the "tow package" either but I tow. I added a Draw-Tite hitch ane their T-One wiring. I've towed 4 times hefty loads, twice ~5klbs (car on uhaul auto transport trailer) and twice a car on a uhaul dolly.

which hitch do you have? the OE one will require a 14" ball mount to extend beyond the spare, my Draw-Tite only needed 10.5" (hitch neck extends back more..)
there is some limit, something like between 15-100lbs wight noticed the light will be on to tell you it wont go off -- dont want to harm the kiddies...

there is no drain plug, you must remove/reinstall it (with RTV as the gasket). There is a plastic cap that just pushes/pulls on/off on the rear (if your looking at it from the back its in the upper right quadrent (sp?)).

How did you wire the driving lights? if you tapped into the OE headlight wiring rather than just to a switch then it should be simple to fix. Technically driving lights should ONLY be used with high beams if you were to follow the letter of the law...
