I would say yes to the brake extensions,better safe than sorry.

Your idle rpm,s (546) are not far from 600(proper).
Fuel pressure should be 58+/- 5 your,s shows 50.should be fine.
Have you checked the spark plugs? How many miles on them? What gap?

Remove serpentine belt from pulley, check the shaft for play, in and out, up and down and check clutch for play on the shaft.
If it shaking bad,may want to replace the belt also.

I see the check engine light is lit.
It should be giving codes of some sort.
There are half a dozen or so codes for TPS and fuel.
Can you get a tech to scan while driving to get some live data?

The gasket I linked is for 07 and later with throttle by wire, 06 and earlier with throttle by cable is a different gasket, along with different TB and intake manifold.
