you speak as if amsoil is god of all oils. i actualy have a true story for you. the dealership i work for has a valvoline quick lube building. somehow the manager was selling amsoil products for a little extra in their services(oil changes, transmission flushes, differential services etc.) funny...- sprsonic

bob, we still replace them with the same part numbers that they came with from factory. was just stating that there was an update in the middle of the model year of 05, witch are as followed. supposed to be a new design for that reason. sorry if i misled you. 03-04 and 05 up to 4-17-05...- sprsonic

Re: YUPP i'm not sure how your local dealership would react to your painted calipers. legally i dont think they can deny your warranty. there has to be proof that you painting your calipers caused them to bind, and these do have problems.- sprsonic

this bulletin applies to vehicles built prior to dec. 5th of 05 and i'm not sure if all dealers would cover up to 36k, typically brake pads and rotos are only covered 12 mo. or 12k miles. our dealer would slide it through regardless. they goodwill just about anything. and yes brake calipers are...- sprsonic

the only bulletin available for that is a rear brake moan tsb# 05-003-03 involves replacing rear rotors and pads, your calipers are the problem. work at a jeep dealership and replace them often. replace in pairs. are you still in warranty?- sprsonic

Anyway to disable the tire pressure monitor system or TPM :)
they should fit on aftermarket wheels also. just have to be careful not to break the module/transmitter when mounting tire on wheel.- sprsonic

Keep Throwing P-303's!
po303 is a cylinder #3 misfire, do see these from time to time. go to your local chrysler dealer and purchase a new set of ngk plugs and mopar combustion chamber cleaner, they should have tons of this in stock, with the engine at operating temps, remove your brake booster hose to the intake...- sprsonic

low speed "clunk"
i think what you're experiencing is only happening mostly when you back up first start up of the day, we see this often and have even had it on my own kj. the steel shims between the rear brake pads and caliper mount are worn. i've only seen them come in a factory non v-line(value line) rear...- sprsonic
