    Kept eating plugs and throwing misfire codes. Put a scope in and found scoring on cylinder walls.Looks like its had a leaking head gasket. Its actually runs ok once the built up coolant burns off. Put on a new head gasket and ride it till it pukes or get a reman engine???

    Any fix wo replacing or removing the LCA's? They are tight still, but one side has started squeaking.

    Agreed!! Well I have taken the easy way out and poured some Bar's into the system and crossed my fingers.

    Temps are normal, as long as the right amount of coolant is in the system. Water pump was replaced about a year ago, radiator this summer. I'm running out of options. Believe me I desperately want it to anything but the core.

    Can the heater core leak and not fill the floorboard? I have a persistent coolant leak that I can't find and the heat is weak and nonexistent at idle.

    It was the light socket. Dual element bulb and only one element was lighting up. Those sockets are like $50 from Jeep. Only aftermarkets I could find are Airtex and cheaply made. I bought 2 when I replaced one right after I bought the Liberty.

    Yea I'm going to pull that plug at the front harness again. It is resistance related. I just plugged up my trailer and it goes back to a normal flash.

    No that's the odd thing. The only thing changed was unplugging that front wiring harness and changing over all the stock lights.

    I installed a new front bumper and now I'm getting a fast flash on the left side. All the bulbs are there and working. Is the stock flasher thermal or electronic? Any suggestions?

    I have used HID's in the past from Baja Designs for off road motorcycle racing but I have no experience with LED's.

    Bleeding 3.7 cooling system

    Was really hot then I put the radiator in. I'm pretty sure I forgot to run the heater when I was adding coolant.

    I installed a new radiator about a month ago and I used the heat yesterday and at idle the heat goes away. Think I may have not have bleed the system completely. Any tips on getting all the air out of the cooling system?

    On the right side and its pooling on the exhaust manifold heat sheid and smoking. Thought it was a valve cover gasket but still happeneing after a replacment. Wife was driving and one side of the radiator cracked and the engine overheated. Leak came after. Engine is running fine but I can't find...

    Took my first long trip this week. After a long day on the road the door started going from vent to defrost on its own. Oddly enough my Cherokee does the same thing under the same circumstances . Any ideas?

Trimmed front bumper, fabricated the brush guard with built in tow hooks and also fabricated the front tow receiver. All out of scrap steel.
