    Yes, this is a Liberty

I've never used 4lo. You're kinda SOL if you have to use 4lo in snow? Anyway, can't wait for snow. Snow not wind or ice or really cold temps. Just snow @ 30 degrees!!

    My Jeep is missing...

That sucks!! I saw for the first time a red one (Freedom Edition) just like yours this afternoon at the Lowes parking lot in Sioux City, IA. I noticed because I've never seen the Editions before. Sweet ride. I am pretty sure it had IA license plates.

    Official Roof Rack/Basket picture thread

I'd show mine buy Grey has the exact setup that I do. It looks like from the picture that he has longer cross bars than I do. I can't remember the length but I've got the shortest that Yakima makes, I believe.

Was I "taken" at the stealership???????????

I could be wrong but regardless of of schedule A or B it still has to be done in regular intervals right??? I thought of others here or on LOST had huge bills because they didn't have it done because of axle damage. Could be wrong. The price is steep. Maybe call other dealerships and get...

Was I "taken" at the stealership???????????

I got mine changed by the dealer the other day. BOTH came to $105.00 total. I feel I have a pretty good relationship with this dealer. They've seen me in buying lots of MOPAR stuff from them. I think the LOST stickers on the back lets them know that I am informed (somewhat anyway :-$ ).

    The Rattle Fixed (Kinda)

I fixed my noise too. Had to tweak the glass latch to quiet the back window. I also had a noise coming from the rear passenger area. I took this apart when I installed my wiring for my hitch. I put some cloth back in their and now no noise from anywhere!! \:D/ Glad yours is fixed too!

HOW TO: Install an EVIC or OTIS (overhead computer)

That might be a big hole to do that and probably wouldn't be able to cover it up with the evic. Just take out your visors and slide it up under the headliner. You do have to pull down a bit but it will go.

    Rock Rail totally bolt on?

Have you ever gone by an obstacle because you didn't have rails? I understand needing skids but how often are rock rails used? Keep in mind this is our primary vehicle so a lift is out of the question for now as is hard core 'trailin' laugh.gif

OK, I am gonna say it....

I am ok with being snubbed by some CJ's and TJ's. I get it, I can live with that. But there is this magazine that seems to go out of its way to bash the libby every chance it gets. It's newest little article reads "The Liberty Is Dead" "Ding dong, the liberty is....Ok Just the CRD...."...

HOW TO: Install an EVIC or OTIS (overhead computer)

I went on a wild goose chase to 3 different auto stores and 4 different tool stores to find a deep socket to fit. In the end, I ended up going to sears and gettting a deep socket 7/32. It was only 4 bucks there and throw in the cost of gas, that socket cost quite a bit. So if you have a sears...

HOW TO: Install an EVIC or OTIS (overhead computer)

is your 04 from a libby or GC? I put an 04 from a GC and everything worked except the temp. I have a line running to the front grille and something there that could be a temp gauge but I am not sure. It does like what's in the pics for the how to but not sure. One little quarcky thing too...
