    Advice: Subaru vs Jeep

I use the consumer reports alot, but one problem with them is that, they're rated for daily driving (and unfortunately, in the Libby's case, Mom driving). For instance, CG rated the Wrangler at 2/10. Sure, but the Wrangler isn't designed to be a comfy daily driver. It's designed for off-road use...

    Test Drive

Indeed, it was the test drive. I was a huge XJ fan (grew up on them) and was looking for a TJ, since the XJ was scraped. For that, I hated the Liberty. So while browsing around, I decided to see what kind of crap the XJ was replaced with. A minivan without sliding doors, I thought. Then I test...

Soon to be Released KJ Lift

Yeah, stay away from this lift. A guy over at LOST is now taking it off and putting on the mentioned solid front axle. All that money basically stolen. It's a shame.

    Just Thinkin', but need input

Nice Renny. And yes, I think all American KJ's have it on the front.

    Just Thinkin', but need input

Well, if money isn't too big of a problem, go for Rene 1. It'll have the skids on it and some lights, so you'll have a good start. The tow package isn't too much to add. In fact, you may be able to get the dealer to add the option onto it. If it were me (a college kid on a budget), I'd go with...

    HOW TO: Install front D-Rings

Well, I meant new photos. I wanted to do this on mine, but half the photos are dead. Thanks for the update though. Gives me more reason to do it. O:)

    Advice: Subaru vs Jeep

Yeah, but man, they were great Jeeps. In fact, I was SO mad at Jeep for getting rid of the Cherokee and then putting the Liberty in its place. I absolutely despised Liberties. Then I went and test drove one. Heh.

    2005 question

Haha, that's what I love about my '05 Sport. Still gets up there like a lightweight. :D

    Advice: Subaru vs Jeep

College student as well. I hear your pain. Well, if you get a Jeep, spend the little bit extra and get a V6. Honestly, from what I've heard, the 4 cyl. doesn't really get that better gas mileage. If you're really wanting to go off-road, the Subaru shouldn't even be an option. Subaru's are a...

The Front Seats are Killing Me...!

I've got no complaints with my '05 Sport's seats. Maybe it's the youth factor kicking in, but they're fine to me. hump.gif

    Loser who luvd H2's

Ah yes, the one thing that all Jeep owners unite for, no matter if they're Wrangler, Libby, or Cherokee owners: Hummer hate. Now... Here's the general ideas behind H2's...

N00b looking to buy - but concerned...

Well, there's your first problem. ;) I had a rear axle whine on my '05 Sport for about 500 or so miles before it magically disappeared. No problems with anything since. It wasn't a problem really...just an annoyance. :p
