Do you know the right product number for a GREAT front shock that works with a 2" lift? I'm sorry for being such a noob, but It seems like the Blitseins are the same length as stock, should i get a longer one or is this correct? Also is there a store where I can get the right front shock and...

Ok. Delima. Tires cost more than expected. How bad are the rear shocks on the BDS lift? BDS lift - 450 Bilstein front shocks - 150 (not sure exact model number for 2"lift) Bump Stops - 46 Total: - 646 before shipping Is this...

What about a Frankinlift? It seems like it takes all the guess work completely out of everything and it is pre-assembled so I wouldn't need to take it to a shop for anything. It only costs 100 more but comes with a few things I wouldn't get the other way. I might just get the frankinlift.

YES! Thank you. I will be getting all of those components soon. I have about $1600 dollars for Tires and a Lift so that should be right around budget. I should get it in a month or so, I will post before and after pics (should be good because my KJ has 160,000 miles on it.)

Thanks for laying it out in a list I can understand. I know nothing about automotive mechanics, but I'm handy with tools and patience. I think you have convinced me to buy: the OME spring/shock kit -$750 a set of Bump bump stops -$44 and Four hockey pucks -$20 and...

    Red Letter Grabbers

Ok that sounds good. I'll stick with the smaller size. so 245/75/16 General Grabber AT2 is what I'll get. Will I still need a lift to get those tires to fit? If not I could save about $1000

Wow. Ok thanks for all the advice. I called a shop and they probably haven't done many KJ's because they quoted 450 for the BDS kit, 100 each for ranchero front struts, and 100 to assemble the shocks/struts together when if I bring in my old ones. They said overall with tax and all it would...

    Red Letter Grabbers

Thanks for the advice. I was planning on using the stock rims if that is possible. If I can't run these tires I can always go down a size, I just think these would be awesome and I can get a really good deal on some.

    Red Letter Grabbers

Can I fit 265/75/16 General Red Letter Grabbers on my liberty with a 2" BDS lift kit? I haven't seen any with these tires.

    I just ordered...

Please tell me where you ordered from and how much. This sounds like exactly what I'm looking for if EVERYTHING needed comes in a kit. I don't want to have to buy extra little parts (bumpers, spacers, etc.) because I don't know all the components that make up a Lift Kit. Would this be...

    First Lift

Would this be something I could install at home? Do you guys know of a total cost for everything? Will I need to buy new front shocks, or will the stock ones work with the lift kit? Does anyone know where a complete kit with bumpers and everything can be found? Installation price if I can't...

I got a used 2003 Liberty today 4x4 for a great deal. I would really like to put a lift on it, but I want to stay close to $600 if possible. I have done many searches, but most of the kits recommended are in the $750-$1400 range. I came across this BDS 2" lift kit. I was wondering what I...
