Been awhile...need general info for suspension

You beat me to it. Since I put in the HD springs and the lift the ride has never been better. It's a heavy vehicle so the HD springs serve it well.

Poor MPG's causes list. Why I am woried!

I was told about using it on the intake.... the procedure seemed kinda scary. How do you do it? I wanna see if everyone does it the same way and how 'dangerous' it is. I was told not to rev too high or I could screw things up big time. The same person told me to add it to the crankcase but...

White bedliner roof, Super Hardcore or Superbly Stupid?

but you said "it added a lot of noticeable weight" even 50# would not be considered "a lot of noticeable weight". That's what I'm picking on :party52: Sorry to get off topic Kitty....go for it, someone made a good point about white and the sun factor.... Nevermind the FJ, most of us have...

    door seal

I crimped mine with vise grips and added black silicone to it to make sure it stayed on. Came up with that when the one on my Caravan kept falling off. Must be a Chrysler thang.

    Jeep to loud

You sure it's not your tires causing the noise that's bugging you? May not be a decibel problem but maybe a frequency problem. The snow's coming soon so you'll know for sure. :icon_frown:

Accelerating/revving up to 3K all the time bad for the engine?

That's makes sense. Here people do whatever they want. They cross anywhere and flip you the finger if you get too close. I yell out "That's how they make angels!"

    My sliders are seized

It's a start, they have the sliders, just not the caliper bracket... I'll order the pins and hack at them when they come in, worst case if I can't get the old ones out, I'll just pick up some calipers at CAPS. They come with the bracket and pins and all. Thanks!

Accelerating/revving up to 3K all the time bad for the engine?

Unless another car is coming crossways because he's burning a red light....then *BANG* revs down to 0 :freak3: or something of the sort :happy175: Twice so far I've almost run someone over because they seem to like to hide behind the fricken pillars where the grab handles are and just...

    My sliders are seized

You guys know where I can get just the caliper brackets and the sliders from...for the front? Seems everywhere I call they only sell them with the caliper. Haven't tried the dealer yet but I imagine it's the same story. Anyone here want to get rid of some? I put new pads and rotors on...

    Newbie here!! I need help!

SO I take it you're in my neck of the woods. I'm in Orleans. Whichever one you decide, take it out for a test drive first. Check the AC compressor bearing for signs rust (kinda like like a powdered rust) usually a sign it's gonna go. Plus everything that was mentioned above. Good luck EDIT oh...
