Hello, I am looking for a Liberty CRD and need some help
MPG is great \:D/ Diesel price is not :-& I continually get around 22-23 MPG in UT. However the cost per gallon is 2.79 right now and gas is 2.35!!! 53 dollars on my last fill-up. There is a tax incentive for clean burning diesel engines (up to 3400).- Pnorton

Cloth seat cleaner - help
If the stain is really bad (red, coffee, etc) call a profesional. I use a Chem Dry franchise. You could try to purchase some carpet cleaner and try it yourself. Speed control with the rear gate open?
quick update. Dropped it off at the dealer, they said they would look at it. They are fixing a ding that was there when i bought it so they are keeping it over night. They loaned me a 05 cheorke (sp) Laredo. It is nice but I still prefer the Liberty! I think the dealer will tell me to...- Pnorton

The gate was shut but not completely. The window did latch and was shut. I have not been able to try it again so I'm still stumped??? Btw. I looked in the owners manual and didn't see anything.- Pnorton

Ok here goes my question. I have a 2005 CRD sport. My wife and I were parked at a restaurant, she had closed the rear gate (but not tightly) before entering. Is the spare tire cover pointless?
Unless you like the look, I don't see the point in getting a spare cover. just take care of the spare every time you wash and care for the other wheels and tires. Here is a separate but related question. Should you include the spare on the tire rotation (assuming they are the same size...- Pnorton

the only thing that I have heard is that long term use could gum up the injectors??? I'm not sure how true that info is and I can't remember where I read that (somewhere online).
