Surco Roof Basket
Rack Bennet thanks for the info. Is the mount pretty secure ie. hard for theives to steal? How much weight have you actually put on it? Is it noisy? Any noticeable impact on gas mileage? I was looking at other racks w/ fairings? Thanks- liberator

Forteras Which Fortera do you have? I have both the Tripletred and HL versions of the GY Forteras and love them particularly in wet. Got em based upon Cons Reports 2005 review of All Season passenger tires... rated No 1 for the tripletred passenger tires so I got the SUV Fortera version...- liberator

Winter tire question/poll
That would be awesome as I think they are due to test tires again this year!!! Hopefully it is for SUV's/trucks rather than just passenger tires. I just buy the mags.- liberator

I would recommend snows if you can afford them or all terrain if no snows. Yes my OAD is 30.1" so u may get some minor rub in reverse. Any bigger u will get major rub. Reposted b4: Remember my posted my pix of the wrecked KJ on stocker GY's in the Rockies snow...- liberator

Weird deformation on rims
warranty There is a common issue on the chrome edge rims even on the Chrysler 300's. I have the same on mine and u can complain to the dealership & DC, they should replace them for you under warranty. The spokes don't have an issue since they are plastic clad.- liberator

Good street tire...
