would this look funny?
I already found a flaw in my math... The 235/70/16 stocker is 29", so the 245/75/16 is 30.5", so that means you will gain a extra .75" of a lift, and bring your diffs up .75" higher.... right? Makes me wanna go get 235/85R16 just to get some real height :eek:- ObiHann

Sorry to hijack but just thought of something... A 2.5" lift with 245/75/16 tires would translate to a 3" lift, and even more important, raise your diffs .5" correct?- ObiHann

What lift should I get?
I've heard amazing things about BDS on anything except a liberty. I've heard bad things about them for there liberty kit. I would still look at the OME stuff, try online, or ask around at some off road stuff. I'm sure there is a good club or 2 in QC, LOST has a chapter there so try them, they...- ObiHann

2" Daystar with 245/75/16?
What I've seen a few times is the 2" daystar and then about a .5" clevis, from what I am told, it is as high (duh) as the daystar, but a much better ride since your doing a full suspension lift not just spacers.- ObiHann

Well, for starters the daystar is just a spacer kit, which can cause more wear, and more risk (from what I have been told). Secondly, BDS has a rock solid warrenty and great customer support, and the shop down my road is a dealer, and also has a very good relationship with BDS, so if something...- ObiHann

I've been "planning" a lift since i got the KJ, and I now have a fixed deadline on when It HAS to be lifted. I need it lifted by Aug 09 for the local jeep jamboree. HOW TO: Install an EVIC or OTIS (overhead computer)
Silly question but my 02 KJ came with a OTIS, but I know the EVIC has soo many more options, is it possible to replace my OTIS with a EVIC, and if so, will any of these features actually work, or will they just be for looks since my vehicle never came with them?
