Why are my inner tread scalloping after complete suspension refresh?

Yep, took it straight to Pep Boys for alignment when I completed the suspension and a brake flush. Maybe their guys screwed the alignment? Camber is a bit off? I don't have any wander or shimming, just a slight, minute vibration, barely noticeable, that I atrributed to the style of tire.

Why are my inner tread scalloping after complete suspension refresh?

I've replaced everything front and back minus inner tie rods. I am noticing inner wear which is normally indictive of outer tie rods etc. New set of tires, less than 3K miles. At a loss as to why this is occurring again, so soon. Video: https://1drv.ms/v/s!Av5WYhcYlOzDkM0OGGVZnhIdPD1ZDQ

    Suspension shot, What brands?

I went Bilstein and Moog, but honestly, the Moogs aren't great. The paint was already flaking off, and the right rear still has not settled about 1/4 an inch I think they may have some quality control issues. As stated above, I would go OME or Kings with the Bilsteins.

    Fill/expansion tank over pressurizing?

Now that you mention that, I seem to recall reading this previously. Thanks for the reply, I will check with the dealer. EDIT: paid over the phone and my wife will grab it on her way home Spence

    Fill/expansion tank over pressurizing?

I've noticed some coolant residue on the tank, below, for a few months, but the level has remained unchanged. I flushed, replaced pump, hoses this time last year. I checked the oil every change for milkiness, no telling coolant residue. The temp gauge always hands steady a tick below the...

Rattling noise when in drive but disappears in neutral?

I've noticed for some time I have a rattling sound coming from the center dash/transmission tunnel area when in Drive, but disappears when I place into Neutral? Torque converter?

    White smoke in 4WD?

Just so I am clear. In 2WD no smoke. 4WD, with no pulling, hauling, in a few minutes at idle, smoke.

    White smoke in 4WD?

Understood. But it literally starts when 4WD is engaged, just idling, before I've moved under load. I've watched it in 2WD and have yet to see it blow smoke, even after 75-80 on highway to work.

    White smoke in 4WD?

The engine has given me no issues until now. So the suspension was immediate need, all ball joints were worn and boots pierced. What's the book say for valve seal job time? RockAuto has the newer style complete heads for $430 each.

    White smoke in 4WD?

I have not. My next project as I've worked through the immediate issues of worn suspension.

    White smoke in 4WD?

Tailpipe. Again, not seeing it today on my commute. Seems to be when 4WD is engaged. Talked with a reputable 4WD shop, he suggested possibly a small head gasket leak that presents itself under heavier than normal loads. I'll do a compression test this weekend. Also add some UV dye to coolant...

    White smoke in 4WD?

I've been cutting trees, using 4WD to haul the logs about 200ft to the alley. Noticed last week white smoke with an odd smell, not the usual sweet you'd associate with coolant in the oil etc. I changed the oil the next day, no foam, no milky residue. Just black oil. The PO, my former coworker...

Any known fitment issues with Pro Comp Black Series 69

It seems I'm rather stuck. I got a quote to powder my stock steelies, but 7-10 turn around. So I'll be without my daily, or I can source another set of steelies, add 50-200 to the cost of the $525 powder job for 5 wheels. I did find some 16x7 but the offset is still not close to stock. Is...

More pronounced rear end "thunk" after suspension update

That's all new. Which leaves me to inspect the rear CV as you suggest. Odd enough, after jacking up the rear to replace brakes, it's back to it's previous "jolt" only when the throttle is floored.
