    BDS is good, I would rather have OME but BDS also has a lifetime worry free replacement on their springs.

    on the clevis its just a spacer, but make sure the ID is 3" and I dont know why the 4140 wouldnt work bc you will have to torque down the clevis bolt so really the clevis spacer is just there so you get both sides evenly spaced. There are some people who just moved the clevis and torqued it...

    your better off finding a shop near you probably, shipping would be high I would think, the metal is cheap, I just think shipping would be real high, I made my bumper and I only spent $50 for the bumper, but since then I have added some extra stuff so now Im up to $90 bc I added a winch mount...

    try it you will have MPGs around there, and his tires are 3" larger then OEM, my tires are 2" larger and weigh A LOT more then my OEM wheels and tires, there is just a bunch of little things that factor into the bad MPG

    WAY TOO high, you would be looking at around 6" of lift and its just not doable or safe. if you do the regular OME lift you dont need new brake lines.

    pretty darn close, if you do OME HD coils (front 927 and rear 948) and get some Rancho RSX17004 for the rear and RSX17505 for the front you should be around 2.5" and then 1 rear iso will add .5" to the rear and then add three 2" conduit nuts to the bottom of the strut and it will raise it and...

    I would just do an OME HD coils and Rancho shocks all around and then add a rear iso or two and a front clevis and strut plate with new bumpstops and you'll be just as high as the Frankenlift and save a couple hundred. check out AllJs they have just about everything you will need to do your lift.

    if you cant build one yourself, your best bet would be to find a fab shop that will make one for you. I built mine for $50 and its pure BEEF! 1/4" C-channel baby! :D

    it will help out a lot, but you are also looking at about $1100 to re-gear, its not easy or cheap. Ill find my parts list for you though.
