Unless the lens is broken, why do you need to remove it? If you need to access the bulb to side marker just stick your hand up into the bumper . Then twist and pull.
You you really need to take it out..
you might be able to find the clips that hold it in while sticking your hand up there.
Agreed.
With wheel locks.. $4 Stripped lug nut remover socket from harbor freight and the wheel locks come right off.
I've seen people chain the tire to the mount by looping it through them both. If you have tire cover that's not a bad option since no one will see it but still, only a...
Hell yea for the brewery.
I love being in that area. Specially since there is a Home Depot, Lowes, and Harbor Freight with in a 1/2 mile of each other on Rt 61 there. Once i get board on 61 I head to Cabelas.
I travel for my job and from time to time I have to stay in a area and wait for...
hour south of Scranton. So does that put you in Pottsville area or Allentown area?
I'm in Pittston PA. No power loss here but was surrounded by it. Spent the weekend before the storm stormproofing the outside and it paid off. No water in the basement :-)
I had the same issue a few months ago. i pulled the cover (not the little access panel but the entire thing) off the tailgate and Reseated all the connections to everything in the Tailgate and that did the trick.
I know it sounds too easy.. but sometimes the simple things fix big problems.
I'm going through the process of upgrading my Stereo. I got Alpine CDE-102 head unit and a pair of Kenwood KFC-1662S in the rear doors. I got another set of Kenwoods coming in for the fronts and all i got left are the Dash tweeters.
The tweeters have been crackling a little bit for some time...
The gear in the window motor has become stripped and the spiral gear that goes through the motor that is attached the window has probably gone to far down and looped around towards the door latch and interfering with it.
I had this happen to me about two years ago. I ordered a whole new Window...
I found this pic on Autotrucktoys.com but there only selling the net in the picture. You can clearly tell the basket isn't using cross bars. It sits lower between the roof bars and that's one of the reasons why I'm looking for a basket that doesn't require cross bars. but like said I saw one...
I get the 12 inch rear for 5 dollars every where else. :-P
I have bigger than factory spec wipers on my work van. It's a 2011 Ford E-250 and the factory size wipers are 20 inches. Considering thats only 1 inch bigger than the KJ wipers and the E-250 windshield is probably twice the size of...
I've been looking for a roof basket that doesn't require cross bars. It attaches directly to the factory roof bars. I know they exist but I really can't find them online. I saw a KJ today equipped with one and that got me thinking of getting a roof basket again.
Any buddy got any info to...
I've done the bigger wiper on the rear (The 12inch). Specially since I could never find a 11inch blade in any store.
I never thought of putting bigger wipers on the front. The KJ windshield is like 1/2 the size of most windshields.
An adhesive Strip. They go into top groove for the window. The Window does slightly rub when going up and down but nothing you would notice and doesn't effect it's performance.
Another bonus is the window visor won't fly off so easily with in-channels if the adhesive strips starts to fail. I...
