You're pretty much on par with MPGs. On Avg I get between 16-18 in the city and 19-22 HWY. I have a ScanGauge II to calculate my mileage. The best I ever recorded was 22.8MPG going @ 65MPH.
I got an 06 with 45k on it. Everything is still stock. Changed out the Factory SR-A's last year for a set...
Pop off the tail gate interior cover and check all connections. Re-seat them as well. It's the best place to start when trouble shooting a issue like this.
It's easier to access everything by popping off the entire door cover and not just the little access panel.
I had an issue last summer...
Mine has been creaking in the rear ever since the lower control arm recall. Up until then It never creaked. I think it's the sway bar.
Only side to side suspension motion causes it to creek. If I go over a speed bump straight on. Nothing. If you go over one of those angled speed bumps then it...
I use Mobil-1 Full Synth since the Jeep had 6000 miles on it. Now has just over 45000. I change my oil every six months. (March and September). I put on about 2000-2500 miles between oil changes. Probably could go a year with out changing it but that just doesn't feel right.
I hear ya.
I wore a hole through my driver side mat with my heel. I have an old 12inx8in rubber mat from my old car under the mat so I don't wear a whole through the carpet.
If they are replacing aftermarket hitches, are they going to compensate those who bought them? If not, then I'll keep my aftermarket and save myself the trouble from this recall
My wife used to own a Mercedes-Benz 300E. the car was from the late 80's early 90's. The gas tank was in the trunk too but it sat right behind the back rest of the Rear seats. If the vehicle rocked enough the gas could be heard moving in the tank like there was a pool in trunk.
Yup, those are mounts for a tow bar setup so the KJ can be flat towed behind an RV. I helped my father install those same brackets last year on his KJ. There from Road Master. If you ever pull them off you can get about $200 for them. you are missing some of the kit though...
I recommend the AVS in-channel. Been using them on all my cars. They come with a life time warranty.
My rear driver door visor broke on mine a few months ago. They been on my Jeep for over 6 years. I went to the AVS site and started an RMA. Two emails later They sent me an entire new set of...
Not a Problem. The stores should have it in stock since it's used in multiple Dodge.Chrysler vehicles. I would call them ahead to save your self driving time. Just ask for a Blower Motor Resistor for a 2006 Liberty.
Welcome to forum.
When you say only on position 4, Do you mean the fan speed? If so...
Its the blower motor resistor that died. $15 dollar part @ the local auto parts store. Located behind the glove box. Takes about 15 minutes
to swap out.
I swapped out one on my wife's 2002 liberty a...
