    Ordered a new blower motor resistor. I replaced this about 2 years ago when only fan speed 4 would work. Now none of the fan speeds work. Hopefully the new resistor gets it going again.

    This is just a guess, but could the transmission be heating because of the larger tires? Perhaps the gearing is wrong and now causing the transmission to work harder? Just speculating, of course.

    Changed all four calipers, flushed brake system as the old fluid was nasty, bled the brakes about 3 times as the pedal was still too spongy, and changed the outer tie rods. While i was in there i discovered the inner tie rods are shot too, so thats on the list. Ill need to get it aligned now...

    Id replace all of the coils and all of the spark plugs while youre at it. I know you've replaced them 10K miles ago, but if you've had misfiring then theyre probably not in the best shape anyway. Plugs are pretty cheap so i'd just do the lot in one go. Get the NGK ZFR6F11G spark plugs.
