Air Cond. Compressor ??
I agree,.....but it does, silly thing doesnt know when to stop. I think on our CRD the only mode it doesnt come on is in the dash vent mode. Maybe someone else knows for sure though.- Jeger

If it were me, I would go buy a dipstick for an 06 and use it. It should be the same. I wouldnt be suprised if there are some dealers that have a whole stack of 07 dipsticks laying around where they pulled and replaced before selling.- Jeger

Does Phone Charger Drain Battery?
Heck we have left the phone on charge, it was dead, overnite. Do it all the time and have never had a problem. That little cell phone battery wont put much of a drain on the system at all.- Jeger

cold air induction kit
The factory air box is already a pretty good cold air intake setup as it draws air from the outside. The CAI's draw air from under the hood and the air is hotter there, not to mention that they dont filter as well either. But if you must have a warm air intake and dust on your turbo vanes then...- Jeger

The people that have the general grabber AT2 seem to be very happy with them. About $75 a tire. Get them from tirerack, or special order them at wal-mart (they are in the back of the Continental book) and let them pay for shipping.- Jeger

As a new off roader please forgive me if this question is a stupid one, but are the recovery straps that Dave mentions easy to get? I wouldnt really worry about just snow. I suppose a big chunck of ice could damage something though. I would leave the skids on all the time if you have them.- Jeger
