    I definitely notice a difference between when my gas tank is full and close to empty...must be the extra weight in the back...I might throw some sandbags back there and see what happens.

    yea that sucks when the filter is cranked on there...hand tighten only! (I know you didn't do it, just sayin') I have no complaints about changing the oil in the KJ though. Easiest vehicle I've ever had to do...don't need to jack it up to get to the plug, and can get to the oil filter easily...

    is the engine running rough, or are you just getting a check engine light? It should be pretty obvious if you are misfiring...in which case it could be the plugs, or coil packs. If the engine is running alright but is giving you codes, it could be a sensor or something.
