    Radio Bezel, almost any condition

Mostly what the title says...i'm looking for a radio bezel that would fit an '05. Not too concerned about condition, basically i'm going to use it as a template to fabricate a new faceplate to go over the kind of useless cubbyhole. I'm keeping an eye on ebay and looking around junkyards...

    Changing EVIC "Perfom Service"??

use the menu button and keep clicking it until you get to Service Interval (I think on mine it says Service INTV.). Then use the step button to increase the value, goes up 500 at a time. Pretty sure it goes up to 6k, i know i have mine set at 5k.

    EVIC for 04 Liberty

56042749AJ is a Grand Cherokee part...that's why it didn't display temperature. It something to do with the temperature data being routed thru the BCM instead of the ECM or vice versa. Had the same problem with an '02 GC evic i still have sitting in a box somewhere.

2004 KJ Sport with Factory Tires and Ruicon Wheels

thanks for the confirmation. i've wanted to replace my stock steel rims for a while, and knowing that my existing tires should work with the rubi rims and no lift makes the choice easy.

2004 KJ Sport with Factory Tires and Ruicon Wheels

HOW TO: Install Steeringwheel radio controls on your Liberty

Has anybody with an '05 tried this? I did mine over the holidays, and everything worked out just fine. The big difference was that I didn't need to order a new clockspring or bolt. The original clockspring part number in my sport 56010688AA, which had all the connections necessary for the...

    Misc Liberty stuff

car-part.com has a database of parts from junk dealers and they'll have seats. I wanted to do the same thing to my '05 sport and leather seats ran ~450 for each front seat and ~450 for the rear, before shipping. Don't know if the seats and wiring are the same in the 02-04, so you might be...

    Rubicon Wheels w/o lift?

fouros, thanks for the response. I'm a little surprised nobody has tried this before. An NTB sprung up almost overnight down the street, I may go over and ask their opinion. Still in no hurry to make a decision and the idea of going with reconditioned renegade rims has grown on me. The...

    Rubicon Wheels w/o lift?

Thanks for the quick response....from the tire calculator sticky at the top, I knew the stock mt/r tires 31" tires wouldn't work without a lift or trimming. I should have asked if there was a different sized tire that i could put on those rims (for example, tirerack lists 235/70-16, 29" as an...

    Rubicon Wheels w/o lift?

I currently have the factory installed steel rims, and i'm looking to change them out. About 75-80% of my driving is highway driving, so a lift is not in my near future. I did a search of the forums, looks like most everyone who has swapped out their rims for the rubicons also has a lift...

HOW TO: Install an EVIC or OTIS (overhead computer)

ntc09, It would probably easier to get a retainer from the dealership than to fabricate one. That's what i ended up doing...check thx1138's post above, its part 5072348AA and i was charged $21 plus tax. It's not an expensive part and it does help out when it comes time to cut the headliner...

    '05 KJ EVIC Success Story

Yea, i'm looking for a good place to buy the sensors too....I think i need the sensors from an '04 since i have an '04 evic. See this thread, apparently there are differences in the '04 and ''05+ sensors. So far i'm completly happy with the install. Besides having a new toy to play with...

    '05 KJ EVIC Success Story

Just a follow up and a bump...the 3m molding tape holds really well, i wasn't able to remove the retainer to move it over slightly. I might have been able to pull down enough to take it down, but the headliner would have come down with it. A little correction to my a previous post too...it...

    '05 KJ EVIC Success Story

I think i used the same thing... .5 inch wide 3M Molding tape used a tape measure to take a couple of measurements...i used the center of the original dome light as a reference and the also found the midpoint of the center edges of the visors (before i removed the center torx screws). Marked...
