No, mine didn't originally. I added an evic and sensors. I suppose you could deflate one of your tires and see if a dash light comes on.- Boilermaker

any strong enough magnet will do, and i don't think the magnet has to be very strong. I've been using the stock speakers that i pulled out to train my sensors.- Boilermaker

Since it came up a couple of times in this thread...painting the KJ flares with Krylon is a little more involved then on a wrangler. Looks pretty good initially (pics here and here), but over time it becomes tough to maintain. Front bumper will chip, and you even have to be careful pumping gas...- Boilermaker

off topic...did you use dynamat anywhere else? Sooner or later i'm going to do some sound deadening, just curious what areas (if any others) you did. My plan was to use damplifier pro on the 4 doors and around the rear wheel wells, but i haven't come across any other pics after market sound...- Boilermaker

Honestly i'm not sure how much help that would be. This is somebody else's fuse box, but its basically what mine looks like: I used an add a circuit to split the fuse and ran the blue wire from the evic to that. I used the fuse for the radio, #22. HELP...EVIC installing question....
I'm assuming by Blue you mean the Blue/White wire for Fused Ignition. You'll have to connect this wire somewhere other than the Data Link connector. There are plenty of places to choose from...I chose to run it to a fuse in the driver's side fuse box. Not near the KJ to check which...- Boilermaker

EVIC trouble
Sounds like your homelink buttons don't have anything programmed to them. When you are hitting the buttons, you are putting it into learning mode and it's waiting to receive a signal from another remote to store in its memory. More on HomeLink training.- Boilermaker

tjkj2002, thanks for the info. I'll admit, I haven't heard a lot of good things about the Jet chip and the 3.7L engine. Then again, who knows how many of those people didn't spend a few extra dollars for the stage 2 chip. Just goes to show, there aren't really any shortcuts when it comes to...- Boilermaker

Im excited and I cant hide it!
FWIW, I think you are going about things the right way. I'm was happy with my upgraded exhaust system and was from the moment i put it in. Not so much with the flash. Driving around normally, there isn't much of a difference, i might get slightly better gas mileage and a little extra power...- Boilermaker

Jeepster, i sent you a pm about the first part.... Its only been one day...but my first impression is that there are other performance mods i would do first. A less restrictive exhaust system and the rain gutter mod (because costs almost nothing) seem to be better bang for the buck options...- Boilermaker

The bracket probably won't be there for you in an '05, the map lights are clipped into the headliner. I can't find a pic on the net of the map lights, but its not too hard to double check this.
