If your KJ has power mirrors then it was pre-wired for heated ones as well, I have installed heated mirrors on both my 2003 Limited and my wife's 2004 Sport (both sets came from 2002 models)
Where did you hear that there is a law requiring a lifetime warranty on seatbelts? The only reason the dealership would have to replace your seatbelt (outside of your normal warranty) would be if there is a safety recall.

yeah there are lots of differences between the Cherokee (all of the world) and the Liberty (North America), Headlights/tailights/repeaters/antenna/rear bumper/tire cover/CRD availability/panel van etc. but this thread is mainly for noticing the different trim names...
yes that is exactly how I routed it, although I didn't see that thread before hand. i got the belt number off of a thread on LOST and just had to figure the routing out myself.
Dayco says the Outside diameter of the belt is 66.41 inches
