I'll chime in since I actually work at an insurance company.
Most companies use NADA to figure vehicle cost (Retail) since it is more accurate. Stealerships and body shops like to use KBB since their prices are usually inflated and doesn't take into consideration as much detail as NADA...
05 Rene's didn't come with the light bar standard. I think it was an option. In some states (like CT) it wasn't even offered as an option after the first year.
TBJ - I think he was saying he already had half a tank and topped off with another $20 of gas which is like, 4 liters or something up there, right? I can never get my Canadian conversion right.

I like to take my ribs and smoke them really slowly, usually over night with a dry rub. Then slather some sauce on there and crank up the heat a bit to give it some nice carmelization. Meat falls right off the bone. They are Legen -(wait for it...) DARY!

I haven't taken apart my KJ's dash yet but I have disassembled many other dashes in my previous cars. I'll have to agree with TBJ here. The bulbs are white and there is usually a green plastic cutout template that makes the light green.
