P.S. I don't have an EVIC. I remember reading something about how you can configure all kinds of little nuances with one of those installed -

Is there a similar "cheat code" for stopping the horn from honking with the press of the Lock button? I work funny hours, and I'm sure my neighbors don't appreciate getting beeped at when it's 3am. I usually lock it manually with the button on the door to avoid making noise. It'd be great if... -
4 wheel drive question
Mine only takes about a 1/2 second. If you let off the throttle, it'll engage quicker from my experience- SMETNA

Yeah, Constellation Brands is based out here. They own a TON of wineries. In fact, the local college that I attended has the Constellation Brands/Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center. (CMAC) Some good concerts there this year.- SMETNA

Found an "All-terrain Vehicle access trail" that goes straight up a mountain. It's pretty easy, just two tracking, but it's VERY steep, loose rock, and has lots of hills and valleys and turns. It's my favorite spot to wheel I've found so far.- SMETNA

wheel bearings or loud tires?
I guess "aggressive" is subjective depending on who's talking about it.:D I'd make sure your Jeep has a good alignment. That can get bad and cause uneven tire wear, and then, lots of noise.- SMETNA

Personal Protection Storage?
I will add to this a no brainer. Park your Jeep only in places where the crim won't have plenty of time. i.e. Well illuminated, many passing by, public. Crims don't want to be caught, it takes away the incentive for them. So they move fast to avoid witnesses calling the Po. If he only has...- SMETNA
