Front axle seal
I ordered mine from 4wd.com, maybe look up the part there, left and right are the same, then use the part number to find it locally. I just did both 2 weeks ago. http://www.4wd.com/hardparts/HP_PartList.aspx?hpDID=141 The right side one is a pain in the arse to remove- KJScott

2 weeks Post TM3.5" Econo lift, evaluation
I'm wondering how much difference I will get, going from a 3/8" to half inch spacer... I'm sure it's more than an 1/8" or that would be silly but looking at the JBA site, it may be only 1/4" difference, which would be frustrating since it seems like I need to add another 3/4" to get a decent...- KJScott

How to: Install/Replace 3.7l Waterpump.
I would guess the purpose of doing a thin coat of RTV is more to hold the gasket in place rather than sealing properties. For RTV to be useful in sealing, you would do a bead to substitute for a gasket. But don't do that for a WP. Do that for a dif cover. 02redKJ, are you seeing fluid... -

Well the transformation will begin soon
We had to mutilate the axle seal to get it out and not damage the seat. Small flat head working around outside lip. My seal puller wouldnt get in there. I'm at 21.5" in front with the lift.- KJScott

All done. Today was front brake lines, fluid flush, rear suspension, and front diff fluid change. The Y link extension kit is a pain in the arse and the instruction are junk. If you stack the washers as in the diagram you will not be utilizing the nylocks. Beware. Drives good around the...- KJScott

Today I got the front done including new axle seals, right one is a pain. Tommudd front spring kit, CVs, intermediate shaft, upper JBA A arms, tie rod ends, and lower ball joints. Found that my front brake lines were corroded and weeping so I will replace them tomorrow.- KJScott

I use an air ratchet whenever I can to zip down a faster after hand threaded. Then hand or torque wrench for final snug. Looks like next weekend will the big day for my lift. Just need my CVs and ball joints to survive for 5 more days.....- KJScott
