Did you replace the hoses while you had everything apart? Just wondering if maybe the lower hose was showing signs of going out and causing the leak.
EDIT: Jnaut beat me to it by just a couple of minutes :)
Yeah it's fast now, but wait until they start bloating it out with all the other 'essentials' that people will be complaining it doesn't have ;)
Good luck with it, hopes it keeps working. I'll stick to my FF :)
No split-fork (pickle fork) on the ball joints please! It will damage the rubber boots and then you'll need to replace them. If you need to separate a joint better to use something like a tie-rod or pitman arm separator; I've got one that I purchased from Autozone and it does the trick quite...
RF Module = translates the signal from the satellite radio into a standard FM signal so that your radio can decode it. Yes you'll still be able to use your standard radio and CD player; the RF module is only active when it receives a signal from the sat radio (when the sat radio is turned on)...
I know, I changed ISPs when I moved and completely forgot that I had them on my personal webspace. I'll find someplace new to host them by the end of this week. Stay tuned!
Oh and nice install on the Yeasu! It's nice to see someone else using the power feed for the relay box instead of going directly to the positive terminal of the battery (which can lead to corrosion and all other sorts of nastiness  ).

Just had a chance to sift thru this post - I really hate going up against other creatures, but if it's me or them I choose me! Had a close call several years ago in north AZ, running along I-40 late night and came across a deer standing in the middle of the westbound lanes - I noticed him and...
Yes it is a spring-loaded assembly and you can't service it, it needs to be replaced. Looking at the FSM it shows one bolt holding the pulley assembly in place (Looks like both the tensioner pulley and the idler pulley next to it are part of the assembly):
So you need to remove the tensioner...
If you look at the 4th pic down on the linked page it appears that the bolt goes into one of the holes that are used to install the nutserts for the OEM rock rails. My guess is it is just keep the front of the adapter from wandering while you are raising the jack.
Well I'd have to say I'm fine with my plain black ones but whatever makes you happy is cool, YOU'RE the one who spends the time in the driver's seat :D
It requires a dealer-specific tool to access the menus needed to set the pinion angle (that much I do know). Most folks who have had it done say the charge is around $35-40.
