My wifes KJ has a FIPK w/ Amsoil cone filter and the whole thing sucks. I get better mileage out of my SFA KJ w/ stock air box & drop in Amsoil Ea series filter than hers does and that was true Before the SFA too.
(only reason hers still has the fipk is due to other mods that got in the way...
So what all is in those tool boxes on the rack? Whats the height to the roof? How about distance to the bottom edge of the flairs just above the tires? Any pics of the front shock install?
Amsoil ASL 5w30 True Full Synthetic and an Amsoil EaO34 oil filter every 10,000 miles or yearly or when I get the urge in both KJs.
Amsoil 10w30 True Full synthetic (loaded w/ the goodies that the 4.0L loves) and Amsoil EaO42 oil filter yearly in the TJ & XJ.
Problem w/ a hi-lift is unless you have rock rails or custom bumpers, your ability to lift the vehicle safely is limited. You can use a tire lift adapter but you most likely will also need another jack for other times when the HL won't work. I have hi-lifts on all my Jeeps but rarely drag them...
Check your local salvage yard for a nice big scissor jack from a pickup truck. Usually small enough to fit under the rear seat and plenty strong enough to lift the KJ a pretty good distance.
Pretty sure most if not all the bedliners can be rolled on but of course it looks better sprayed. I have Herc on the sides of my XJ and it faded dull fast. Doesn't look terrible when clean but not as good as some other products I have seen used.
You just have to learn the 3 handed window/gate/move the antenna out of the way closing technique. eek2.gif Or get a quick disco and only run the antenna when you need it so it is less of a hassle.
