    Same problem here... I recently get the TB cleaned though... eeerrr... Not an option for me... over here the Air Idle Speed Motor (P/N 53030840) costs USD 172.22... Better cleaning it up :D

    That's exactly the point... if you don't drop the cradle, you're stuck with 32'' b/c there is no room for 33''s unless you lift over 4'' and again, you have to shave the CV shafts... How much money is involved in the complete process? might be a SFA a wiser choice? Cheers :)

    Yes I did (5'11)... the front seats (leather's '02-'04) are confortable enough for a good nap... Never tried with the back seats folded though... hmm... :-k Cheers! :)

    Idk if you need to perform a complete flush... But since you have a 2002, from factory you must have Power Steering Fluid... Only since 2004 KJ's were filled with ATF+4. Cheers! :)

    Well... I miss a voltimeter and a pressure oil gauge... I don't want a digital screen... I dig the clock style gauges :D ... where do you put 2 o 3 gauges? How they would be? :D I'd like something like this This is a topic about gauges in a KJ dashboard...

    75W-140 in the front?

    My manual ('03 Export) says 75W140 syn front, 80W90 rear (75W140 syn if you tow), and the US '04 manual (available on Jeep's site) says 75W140 syn front and 75W90 rear unless you tow (then you should use 75W140 syn) Cheers :)

    5W-30 vs 5W-20

    I use 10W30 Chevron Supreme Synthetic (b/c there is nothing more to choose in 5W30 or 10W30, besides Shell)... Where I live, we never get even close to -18°C (0°F)... so using 5W30 is pointless to me... In the other hand, we are getting temps over 35°C (95°F)... I wonder if it be reasonable...

    Automatic Door locks

    My '03 didn't have the auto-lock feature enabled and I cannot enable/disable it with the EVIC, b/c the option in the menu doesn't exists. I had to take it to the dealer, who enabled this function with their DRBIII scan tool. And about the beep/chirp... I haven't heard it yet... Cheers! :)

    I've replaced this bulb... I went to a electronic store and asked only for the bulb... The plastic piece is reusable. Cheers! :)
