Alex's 2003 Limited V6 KJ
I bougth my KJ in October '07 with 40.000 km (~25.000 mi) It's a 3.7L Limited KJ for the export market (has the Export Package), so it have a Cherokee badge instead "Liberty". Here is in the dealer lot Cherokee badge- AlexKJ

Skyjacker Lift Anyone?
Answer too brief for understand the smiley... The rear OME springs are rated for 1.5" lift and the Skyjacker's 2.5"... If they aren't lying, it's plausible that the Skykjacker being longer... 30K service
Mine at 30.000mi (50.000km) were totally shot... next ones will be changed at 15.000mi interval (25.000km) when my KJ have ~45.000mi (75.000km). I use the NGK's b/c the Autolite are ridiculously expensive here. Cheers! :)- AlexKJ

Unstable/Shut Down when coming to a complete stop
Your engine is self-throttling, that why the transmission doesn't downshift properly... could be several things: poor electrical connection to the battery, bad alternator, bad IAC Motor, bad plugs, bad fuel pump... Anything that could be telling to the ECM that inject more fuel to prevent that...- AlexKJ

Start pulling any error code you have... My guess is that the temperature issue and transmission behavior are unrelated. If you changed the radiator recently, you maybe have an air bubble somewhere... As for the transmission's behavior, try to look carefully when is happening and see the...- AlexKJ

Riddle me this...
One option is armor the hell out of your KJ... Believe me, since I have rock-rails (my KJ come with skids as part of the Off-Road Group among other things) I wheel with a lot more confidence... The rocker panels where my worrying spot, and now it's covered :)- AlexKJ

IMHO I can't think in something "heavy duty" that is connected to the cigar lighter... Again IMHO, if a compressor is for real, it should have a connection directly to the battery. Cheers :)- AlexKJ
