    Check your spark plugs

I thought it was the NGK V-Power. Spark plugs should be torqued to 20 ft-pounds.

    Favorite parts/fluids for routine maintenence

Yes, pre-mixed/50-50 is 14-quarts. Do what offrovering said if you want to flush the system. Might want to also change the upper/lower rad hoses and t-stat while your at it.

    floor jacking and standing

That's okay for the rear, but not the front. For the front you can use you skid plate, crossmember or control arm. There is a notch on the "frame" behind the front tires where you but the jack stands. Hope this helps.

    Fender flares

Just my opinion, but since you have a white KJ, it would probably look better if you painted them white instead of black.

    y-pipe and flowmaster or frankenlift?

Definitely fix your y-pipe first before it causes any damage (if it hasn't already). A new muffler is not necessary unless it cracked or dented. Follow tjkj's advice and get some skids first and recovery points. Search the for sale section on here and LOST for some parts.

    Engine block coolant drain

Didn't bother draining the block. Just drain more frequently. Remember only use Zerex G-05 or the Mopar stuff.

anyone have the part number for a 42rle tranny filter?

Many people on here and LOST say that most autoparts store give you the filter for the 45RFE tranny. So make sure it is the right part, before you drop the pan.

    Extra Fluid

If by "extra fluid" you mean a friction modifier. Some full synthetic 75W90 gear oil already come with a friction modifier. Read the front of the bottle. I know Valvoline SynPower 75w90 come with a friction modifier mixed in already. You only need a friction modifier if you have the factory...

    Dual Exhaust $600 =(

You're not getting any gains from that kit. It's only for looks. For a true dual exhaust you need two mufflers.
