In our state remote start is legal but doing it without remote start is not.
It might be wasteful in an I4 or maybe even a V6 but with my V8 I waste more fuel by driving it cold than letting it idle for 5 minutes.
I find it easier to push the button to open my garage door and drive out...
Class 5 can have a 2.5" receiver but a 4 typically does not.
3 and 4 have 2", 1 and 2 have a 1.5" receiver. You could get a 2.5" receiver but you lose out on some of the accessories that use the 2" receiver without gaining any extra pulling ability.

If it isn't the dealer you bought it from then ignore it. If it is then maybe they installed something that was later recalled, which is about as likely as a dealership giving you a good deal.

Weird, I never had an issue with that. I just gave it more gas if I lost speed going up a hill. I think a dealer is your only option since they don't make a programmer of an kind.
Ignore it. You are going slower than your speedo says so it isn't a big deal. I preferred it so if I was going a few over and was radar-ed I was good to go. If it bugs you a dealer can fix it for you for a fee.
I agree with TJKJ. Rust is caused by neglect. I live in a coastal area with a shit ton of rain. Lots of salt air and rainfall. I have never had a rust spot on a painted area.
You also gotta remember that RTI scores only apply when you are comparing them to the other vehicles that used the same ramp, measured by the same person.
