OK thanks, I found this:
http://www.jeepkj.com/forum/f203/brake-line-relocation-bracket-45500/
They talk only about 06'-07', am I required to do this on the 03'?
(I do have ABS though)
One or two brackets needed?
Unfortunately the complete assembly UCA from Moog is from their "RK-series", as they call it "Value-driven" - which basically means: cheapest Chinese crap you can find with Moog sticker on it.
This is the reason I bought the bushings and BJ separately from the "Problem Solver" series - which...
Install a lift kit and wheel it every couple of weekends. In 3 years you'd just give your daughter your truck instead ;)

Rivnuts went in!
Tcase skid is on!
Engine skid is on!
Yay!!
Now gas tank is left.. (gotta remove the hitch first)
I don't have a transmission or front skid though (it's 03'). Boo.
Good weekend.

Decided to go this route, purchased:
1. Moog PS-series bushings
2. Moog PS-series ball joint
3. JBA Y link extension
and do some DIY pressing out/in + rust treatment to existing OE arm.. I'll try to be careful on the pressing, wish me luck.
Wait you mean complete rear UCA assembly or you mean JBA Y link extension part?? The mopar UCAs run north of 400$ but there's some aftermarket ones from ~62$ to ~130$ but from this thread replies I understood that's a bad investment, so I'm gonna resolve to pushing new moog problem solver...
So whats the verdict on the JBA Y Link extension? Getting a mixed bag of opinions all over.
Should I assign additional 84$ for that? worth the effort/money in the long run?
Trying to remove the trailer hitch for installing the gas tank skid I discovered that the last screw (most forward) on the right side is 100% blocked by the muffler tailpipe. No room to event insert a narrow socket wrench.. Stupid MOPAR instructions show a straight line thru the muffler for the...
Belt operation is a little noisy especially when cold. Not squeaky but just mechanically louder than before/more vibration. I checked and there's no looseness anywhere.
Is there any recommended service routine to the serpentine belt / pulleys system?
(Spray some kind of oil in pulleys axles...
It's the first time I top it off in a year. Only needed a little bit of fluid.
Ok thanks for the tip - no additives there. I'll let it sip.
Is there some kind of a "cover up" oil resistant tape I can roll around the leaky tubing itself or because it's high pressure there're no fixes like...
I got a little "sip" coming from the lower high pressure power steering hose. It's been there for months (maybe years), no biggie, don't think I am gonna replace that.
I topped off my steering fluid reservoir now with ATF+4 fluid and was wondering if there's some recommended "stop leak"...
Ok good tip I'll go soak it in blaster this weekend to be on the safe side. Btw my BJ is not shot just the bushing but I'll replace with new one anyway.
Now you still recommend not to press out and in the bushings off the current arm? Is there no smart way to place it in the press so it won't...
